First of all, let me be clear here, we don't belong nor serve rapidgator here & we are not supported financially by them ... its currently used as one out of five filehosts being used & chosen on the basis of both durability & availability ... if something goes wrong with any of these hosts, its actually the host's fault ...
Secondly, all files here are actually set to the maximum options allowed for free downloading ... rapidgator's upper limit for free users is 2GB & i have no control to set it above that
I suggest you make sure your account is set to premium & that you activated direct downloads via your profile page + clear your browsers cookies ... if you are still facing any problem, contact their support
